Dj Brian Barckley will perform at the assigned place, date, and time specified above.  A deposit of 1/2 of the total due is required in advance to reserve any date for DJ services.  The deposit and all money applied to the event date is nonrefundable.  The starting time for your event will begin upon the arrival of your guest.  Customers must notify Dj Brian Barckley of any changes and/or cancellations in writing before the event date.  Changes of date, time, and/or location will be made at the discretion of 'Dj Brian Barckley.  If changes of date, time, and/or location are not possible, the party requesting service is still responsible for full payment of the date previously scheduled.  Payment in full is required at least Ten business days before the event is to take place.  Dj Brian Barckley will not deliver services if account is not paid in full on the balance due date before the scheduled event date.  There require a $40.00 in the event of a returned check.  The facility provided must be completely sheltered from all weather elements.  The facility must be properly wired and grounded for electrical use.  Dj Brian Barckley is not responsible for delays or cancellation of service due to “acts of God”, such as severe weather (that may close roadways) and/or unusual conditions that may prevent services from being delivered on the day of the event. If services cannot be provided by Dj Brian Barckley on the event date above, the customer will be entitled to damages in the amount already paid only, not to exceed the Total Due amount due, no exceptions.  Dj Brian Barckley reserves the right to terminate service at any time during the performance in the event of a threatening situation that may place personnel and/or equipment in danger.  At the discretion of  Dj Brian Barckley, additional hours may be performed at the rate of $200.00 per additional hour.  This contract is not binding until the deposit has been received by Dj Brian Barckley.  This contract is null and void if the deposit specified above “Deposit Due” is not received on or before the Deposit Due Date.
